We are a recruiting consulting service focused on players who don’t always get the spotlight but can play. We specialize in helping under-recruited high school athletes find real opportunities at small colleges through honest evaluations and meaningful coach connections.

We start with a realistic evaluation of each player’s game, position, and college fit. From there, we create a targeted recruiting strategy connecting athletes with small college coaches (at NAIA and NCAA Division II and Division III) who are actively looking for their skill set.

We work with high school junior and senior basketball players and families who want clarity in the recruiting process especially those targeting small colleges, including NAIA programs and overlooked NCAA opportunities.
